StageWhip

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 5, 2026

This policy describes how StageWhip, operated by OpsEngine (“we,” “us”), handles your information. The short version: we collect only what the service needs, we use your photos only to deliver your results, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

1. What we collect

2. How we use it

We use your information solely to operate StageWhip: to process your staging requests, maintain your account and credit balance, deliver transactional email (verification, password resets, billing notices), and, only if you opted in, occasional product updates you can turn off at any time from your account page.

3. Service providers

We rely on a small set of vetted service providers to operate StageWhip: a payment processor (Stripe), an AI image-processing provider, cloud hosting and storage providers, and an email delivery service. Each receives only the information its function requires and processes it solely on our instructions. Photos you submit are sent to our AI provider only to generate the results you requested, and none of our providers acquires any rights to your content.

4. Retention and deletion

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored using industry-standard key derivation, images live in private storage accessible only through expiring signed URLs, and payment credentials never touch our servers.

6. Contact and changes

Questions or privacy requests: support@stagewhip.ai. We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. See also our Terms of Use.
